Description
For women who cannot come to the Karratha atelier. You complete a detailed scalp questionnaire and send four guided photos. Jess reviews them personally and writes your plan: what she sees, what is likely driving it, and the routine to follow for the next six weeks.
Your plan arrives within five business days, in the La Vella Sol bronze style, with a short voice note from Jess. The Scalp Reset is included.

- Karratha clients: $50 is credited toward your first ritual.
- This is a trichology and scalp-care plan, not a medical diagnosis. Where something needs medical assessment, Jess will tell you and refer you to your GP or a dermatologist.
